INDEAVR Recruiting Process
To ensure that we hire the most appropriate individual for a given opportunity, we conduct a rigorous interview process. A recruiter may contact the candidate to discuss his/her resume or CV. This may result in a first interview with a recruiter, who will want to discuss the candidate’s experiences and interests at a high level.
The candidate will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at INDEAVR.
If the candidate is selected to participate in the next stage of the process, he/she may have interviews with Indeavr experts and require a more in-depth discussion of their skills and experiences.
The recruiter will contact the candidate to let him know the status in the recruiting process.
