INDEAVR is looking for a hands-on Finance Operations Analyst / Business Finance Analyst to support operational finance activities, forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis across the organization

The role works closely with the INDEAVR leadership team, delivery and sales functions, external accounting providers and the broader Marlabs finance organization. The position is suitable for a finance professional who is looking to build a long-term career in business finance within an international technology services environment.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working with both financial and operational data in a dynamic business environment.

Financial Planning & Reporting:
– Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and outlook preparation
– Prepare variance analysis versus forecast, budget and prior periods
– Monitor revenue, cost, utilization and other operational business metrics
– Assist in preparation of management and financial reports
Operational Finance Support:
– Work closely with Delivery and Sales teams on revenue tracking and operational planning
– Support project profitability and headcount-related analysis
– Participate in monthly and quarterly financial review processes
– Assist with consolidation and reporting activities within the broader group structure
Pricing & Commercial Support:
– Support pricing calculations for proposals, SoWs and client requests
– Prepare financial models and business calculations when required
– Review basic commercial terms and identify financial implications
Coordination & Process Support:
– Collaborate daily with US-based finance teams and regional stakeholders
– Coordinate with external accounting providers on finance-related topics
– Support process improvements and reporting standardization initiatives
– Participate in ad hoc financial and operational analysis

Experience & Background:
– Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
– 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling or business finance roles
– Previous experience in IT services, software, consulting or outsourcing environment is strongly preferred
– Strong understanding of financial statements and operational business drivers
Skills:
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
– Ability to structure and present financial insights clearly
– Excellent attention to detail and ownership mentality
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
– Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
– Experience working with international organizations
– Exposure to US GAAP and/or IFRS environments
– Experience with forecasting tools, BI/reporting platforms or ERP systems
– Understanding of resource-based delivery and utilization models
