Over his 15-year career, he has led many pioneering technology projects for clients across a variety of industry sectors, including Manufacturing, Financial Services, Pharmacy, Mining, and more. Highly skilled in a broad range of platforms and services, Tsvetomir has extensive knowledge in the areas of modern technologies, systems administration, and application maintenance. Throughout the years he has proven to be an inquisitive engineer who strives to investigate technical details and have a firm understanding of the presented challenges before adopting a solution. This approach of his, coupled with his team-orientated attitude, turns him into an excellent team leader who has the ability to share his experience, knowledge and skills for the benefit of the group. Mario Strahinov Data Strategy Services Manager Mario is a Managing Partner at INDEAVR since 2013. He oversees the Data Strategy Services. Mario is bringing to INDEAVR’s clients a combination of strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and focus on data which accelerates companies on their path to sustainable growth in the digital era. He is working with a team of data professionals focusing on data strategy, data integration and automation, business intelligence and predictive analytics. With a focus on delivering projects that bridge the gap between IT and business, he is facilitating the transition to a data driven decision making for our customers. His vision for introduction of data in every aspect of the business has influenced the strategic direction for our partners in different industries. Before joining INDEAVR, Mario worked for Deloitte. Mario holds a BA in Economics from Kenyon College, USA and EMBA from AUBG, Bulgaria. Desislava Madzharova HR Manager Desi has been INDEAVR’s HR Manager since 2017, fostering the growth and success of both people and the organization. Her team leads initiatives that strengthen culture, talent development, and operational excellence, fostering a workplace where people and business progress together, while also overseeing the company’s broader operational and administrative functions. Bringing extensive HR experience from various industries, Desi embraced a new challenge in the innovative world of technology. In the company’s new chapter as part of a larger international group, she plays a key role in bridging the local and global perspectives driving change, integration, and synergy across teams. With strong expertise in business processes, structure, and logic, she remains a dedicated advocate for the human perspective within the management team, continually seeking the delicate balance between organizational goals and individual wellbeing. She holds a BSc in Human Resources Management (UNWE) and an EMBA (AUBG). Guided by her passion for understanding people, Desi has also completed advanced training in Psychology and Psychotherapy, deepening her insights into human behavior and motivation. Valcho Stoyanov CEO Valcho is the founder and CEO of INDEAVR, overseeing all company’s operations. An entrepreneur from an early age, his reputation is one of a passionate, creative thinker and strategic planner, adept at positioning a service at the highest level within the marketplace. Over 15 years ago, he set out on a bold mission: to build a sterling technology services company by implementing sound corporate culture focused on creating a strong relationship between people’s talent, unmatched collaboration within INDEAVR and clients’ ambitions. This success has enabled the company to attract, inspire and nurture smart and hardworking people. Today he measures the success of INDEAVR not by revenue or size of the company, but based on how difficult and challenging are the tasks assigned by the clients. Valcho believes the first 15 years of INDEAVR’s story are just a small step towards what INDEAVR is to become in the future. He is always optimistic about that. Siyka Todorova COO Siyka has more than 25 years professional experience, taking the difficult path from the starting line right to the top. After joining INDEAVR in 2005 she has become a proactive supporter of INDEAVR’s founder in building and growing relationships with the world’s leading companies. Prior to becoming COO in January 2021, Siyka was Chief Administrative Officer, a position she held since 2018. In this role she had overall responsibility for ensuring effective procedures are in place to measure, report on, and manage daily operations. Between 2006 and 2017, Siyka served as company Marketing Manager and was focused on strengthening the INDEAVR brand in the marketplace and ensuring that the service resonates with both current and prospective clients. Having earned a master’s degree in marketing from the University of National and World Economy Sofia, Siyka is passionate about paving paths for people and good ideas. Gergana Walker Senior Program Manager Since 2019 Gergana has been part of INDEAVR and during that time she has proven how highly qualified Program Management professional she is. Early on, she demonstrated her ability to organize and lead one of the key departments in the company. With extensive experience across software development and IT, as well as the public sector and regulated industries, Geri brought a strong expertise in PMO setup and leadership. Her professional background includes shaping and managing Delivery functions, leading large client engagements, managing both internal and external teams, and overseeing day-to-day programme operations with a strong focus on governance. People in the company recognize her by the ability to deliver clarity and structure in complex, controlled environments, ensuring projects remain aligned to organizational strategy and regulatory expectations. Geri’s leadership style is defined by diplomacy, transparency, and a commitment to building strong relationships across stakeholders. Her academic achievements include an MBA with Distinction from the University of Leicester and a First-Class Honors degree in Business Studies and Advertising Strategy, plus a number of advanced professional qualifications such as ITIL, CIIT Product Management, PRINCE2® Professional, Financial Modelling Certification, and a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. Before INDEAVR, Geri has previously held key leadership roles within major organisations in London, where she contributed to large-scale programmes and gained extensive experience operating in complex, fast-paced corporate environments. Rosen Dachev Software Engineering Services Manager Rosen is our Software Engineering Services lead, responsible for understanding our clients’ vision for modernization of their application portfolio, assembling the best resources to get the job done, and delivering exceptional results from kick-off to completion, and beyond. He is recognized as an expert program manager who has experience in working with a team of engineers, business analysts and project managers, focused on delivering effective software solutions built around our clients’ exact needs. Rosen’s department is responsible for a stream of software development projects and large-scale implementations of custom-built systems. This makes him an active part of strategic initiatives related to companies’ innovation through R&D in different emerging technologies. Rosen joined INDEAVR in 2017. He holds a masters degree in finance from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Marii Kossev Director of Software Engineering Marii is INDEAVR’s Director of Digital Services, and Software Engineering Services Departments, responsible for overall Department operations, high-level client relationship, overseeing and coordinating the people, resources and processes required to implement projects, deliver new software and upgrade existing products. Marii has an MSc degree from the London School of Economics and is a CFA Charterholder. He has held several leadership and management roles in the past two decades in both private and public sectors. His expertise lies in the sphere of investments and finance, energy policy, company turnaround management, and project management. The focus of the Departments’ strategy is increasing user satisfaction, constantly optimize operations and expand employee skills and knowledge, creating project opportunities and achieving business goals.
